# Adding Comments

There are two ways to add comments:

## 1. Adding Manually

Type your feedback directly into Orvyn. Write one comment or paste an entire list, Orvyn handles both automatically.

**One at a time:**
"Make the title bold"

**Or paste a full list:**

* Slide 1: Fix typo in the title
* Slide 3: Change chart colors to blue
* Slide 5: Update revenue numbers

Orvyn reads what you wrote and creates individual comments for each item.

  You can reference specific slides (like "Slide 3") or make comments that apply to the entire presentation (like "Make all revenue numbers bold").

## 2. Pulling from PowerPoint

Already have comments in your PowerPoint file? Bring them into Orvyn.

Click **Extract Comments** in the Comments tab and Orvyn pulls in all existing PowerPoint comments.
