# Creating Presentations

## Getting to the Presentation Page

You can access the main presentation page in two ways:

| If You're...              | How to Get There                                           |
| ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Already in a presentation | Click the **Settings** tab → Click **Switch Presentation** |
| Just opening Orvyn        | The presentation page appears automatically                |

## Creating a New Presentation

1. Click the **Create Presentation** button at the bottom of the page
2. Set the **Presentation Name** (e.g., "Q4 Deck")
3. Set the **Version Number** (e.g., "1")
4. Enter a **First Version Description** (e.g., "Draft 1", "Initial Review")
5. Click **Create**

  Both the **Presentation Name** and **Version Number** are automatically assigned, but can be manually changed.

Your new presentation opens with its first version ready to use.
