Once you’ve added comments, you can edit them, add replies to comments, and mark them complete as you work.

Editing Comments

Click the pencil icon on any comment to edit it. You can change the comment text or which slide(s) it applies to. Click Save to keep your changes or Cancel to discard them.

Replying to Comments

Type your reply at the bottom of any comment and press Enter.
Reply is disabled on comments marked as resolved.

Tagging with @Mentions

Type ”@” while writing a reply and a dropdown shows your team members. Start typing to filter by name or email, then select someone. Their email gets inserted (like @user@example.com). What happens when you mention someone:
  • They receive an email notification with the comment and your reply.
You can mention any team member with access to the presentation.

Managing Status

Click the sliders icon on any comment to change its status.
  • Resolved: Comment border turns green and replies get disabled. Use this when a task is completed or no longer relevant. Toggle it off to unresolve if needed.

Deleting Comments

Click the trash icon to permanently delete a comment and all its replies. To delete just a reply, click the delete button on the reply you’d like to delete.
