After running Deck Check, you’ll see all issues found in your presentation.

How Issues Are Displayed

Issues are organized by:
  • Slide number (grouped by slide)
  • Element (problems on the same text box are bundled)
  • Issue type (clearly labeled like “Double Space” or “Low DPI Warning”)
For each issue you see:
  • What the problem is
  • Where it is (text snippet or description)
  • Preview button to jump to that slide and highlight the problem
  • Fix button to apply the fix or mark as fixed
  • Discard button to ignore the issue
Fix button behavior: For auto-fixable issues, clicking Fix applies the change immediately. For manual fixes, clicking Fix marks the issue for tracking purposes so you can handle it yourself in PowerPoint.
After a fix is applied, you have the option to click Undo and return the element to its original state.
